The Recovering Workshop Series
Does being the perfect partner, parent, friend, employee, or leader keep you up at night with countless anxieties?
Does the need to get things “just right” cause delays in your personal and professional life?
Does anyone know how many millions of thoughts contribute to the ever-growing to-do list in your mind?
Did you know this is all a trauma response?
We are all recovering from something, be it perfectionism, self sabotage, imposter syndrome, people pleasing, or a number of other unhealthy coping mechanisms.
Join us in community for our 4-week workshops as we explore the origins of these behaviors, release our shame around them, and find healthier alternatives. Workshop Series includes:
- The Recovering Perfectionist 101: Where It All Begins
- The Recovering Partner: How We Self Sabotage in Relationships
- The Recovering Parent: Exploring Mother and Father Wounds
- The Recovering Employee: Respectability Politics, Imposter Syndrome, and Resisting Rest
All Workshops Include:
- 75-minute group sessions once a week (virtual)
- Access to Resources, Activities, and Tools
- Opportunities to build support in community
- A mix of psychoeducation and real world application of how to overcome perfectionism
