- A mix of educational and real world application on how to overcome perfectionism
Join us in this foundational workshop as we:
- Identify how our perfectionism is a coping mechanism connected to our trauma
- Explore perfectionist profiles and self sabotaging behaviors
- Discover tools to help us release perfectionism in our lives

What if I miss a session?
The expectation is that you make a commitment to yourself and your healing and attend all classes. We understand life happens, so if you must miss a class, please email our admin team at hello@axongroupinc.com and we’ll work to get you caught up for the next class
Are there group discounts?
Yes. Discounted rates are available for groups of 10 or more people. Please contact our admin team at hello@axongroupinc.com if you have a group that would like to participate in the workshop together
