Identify how our perfectionism is a coping mechanism connected to our trauma,
Explore perfectionist profiles and self sabotaging behaviors
Discover tools to help us release perfectionism in our lives
When: starts Tuesday February 21st/ 28th/ or March 7th (4 weeks)
Time: 7:30pm EST- 8:45pm EST
